MAIN STORY
The series premiered in 1999. Stopped in 2009 after exactly 100 issues.

The series contains fictional crime stories of wronged people, who are given the chance to get even with their perpetrators without any repercussions. The cells employ many recurring members, of which Philip Graves, an older Minuteman, is the most prominent one.
