MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1955. Stopped in 1959 after 15 issues.

The series stars a real person, Phoebe Ann Moses (1860-1926), who lived as a sharpshooter in the Old West, and later teamed up with the touring Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show under the alias of Annie Oakley.
The full title of the series is Annie Oakley and Tagg (Tagg is playing Annie's brother).

The series is a spinoff from a TV series (1954-1957).
