MAIN STORY
The series premiered in 1988*. Stopped in 1991 after 19 issues.

This manga series takes place in the 22nd century after World War 3, in which two former SWAT members from the Los Angeles Police Department try to protect the public from villains. Deunan Knute is a female expert in weaponry and martial arts, while Briareos Hecatonchires initially was an African male who has now changed into a full cyborg.
