MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1963. Stopped the same year after 12 double-issues.

This double-strip format series' main character is the masked Arkan, whom we follow on numerous intrepid adventures in Africa. He is usually accompanied by his trained panther.

The full title of the series is Arkan Die Schwarze Maske (Arkan The Black Mask in English).
