Comments: * The corporation was bought by Acclaim Entertainment in 1994 that stopped in 2004. Valiant then continued the corporation from 2008. Different logos were used during the periods; the one shown to the left derives from the initial run.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1993. Stopped in 1996 after 52 issues*, but was revived from 1997 to 1998 (additional 17 issues), and from 2012 (ongoing).

The main character is Raymond Garrison, a former soldier whose mind and body was tampered with in connection with a nano technology experiment codenamed Project Rising Spirit. Garrison, now assuming the identity of superhero Bloodshot, receives regeneration powers, superstrength, healing, and much more, that will help him on his missions.

* The last numbered issue is #51, but a #0 was wedged in between #14 and #15.
