Personal dates: Founded in 1939 by  Ned L. Pines (1905-1990). Stopped in 1956.

Comments: The corporation's flag logo was introduced in 1949. It changed colours incessantly thus the one depicted to the left is just an example.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1947. Stopped in 1950 after 12 issues.

The starring character is Broncho Bill, who, along with his horse Blackie (later Champ), travel the Old West as a righteous cowboy.

The character must not be confused with similar character names such as Bronco Bill and Bronco Billy.
