MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1964. Stopped in 1967 after 18 issues.

The series takes place in the Pacific theater during World War 2. Here the starring character Lieutenant William Storm is a resolute and determined P.T. boat commander, who is conducting endless strikes with his men on Japanese forces in often suicidal attacks. The loss of his left leg does not slow Storm down; he just fights on with a replaceable wooden leg.

The full title of the series is P.T. Boat Skipper Capt. Storm (P.T. is short for Patrol Torpedo).
