MAIN STORY
The series premiered in 1940. Stopped in 1993 following the artist's death.

Carlt is a Danish newspaper comic strip with an enormous popularity in its homeland, because multiple very special phrases spoken even today have been coined from the series. The scenario is an undefined import-export company, in which we follow the laid back Carlt and his multiple colleagues in the warehouse and in the office, and on his rounds in town. He is namely one of two delivery boys delivering parcels, the other is his good friend Folmer. All the employees have great respect (read: fear) for their boss Maehløs (the identically sounding word Mageløs translates to Peerless), and he is nicknamed Sjeferen (translates to Bossy).
