Personal dates: Founded in Denmark in 1899 as P.I.B. by Hjalmar Carlsen (1875-1951) and has since then changed name several times. It has subsidiaries in several European countries. Ongoing.

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1971. Stopped in 1975 after 7 issues (last issue is #8 but #6 was not published by Carlsen Comics).

This is a newspaper strip anthology series containing diverse comic book genres and created by many renowned artists.

The full title of the series is Comics Weltbekannte Zeichenserien.
