Personal dates: Founded in 1934 by Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson (1890-1968) as National Allied Publications, but the name changed in 1937 to Detective Comics (later shortened to DC). Stopped in 2011.

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1969. Stopped in 1971 after 18 issues, but a spinoff titled Debbi's Dates was published from 1969 to 1971 (11 issues).

The starring character, Debbi Anderson, is a teenage girl, who tries to find happiness through multiple dating sessions, but she always seems to come back to the handsome Buddy Baxter.
