MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2009*. Stopped in 2010 after 16 issues, but has been revived numerous times since then.

The title character (who is simply called The Doctor and is otherwise nameless) is a humanoid alien with the ability of time-travelling using a British telephone booth as his main mean of transportation. He uses his skill to help wronged people on Earth, but he also performs journeys into Space. The series contains a large number of secondary characters.

* The publishing of the character in comic books began in 2008. Initially, the series' main plotline is adopted from an English TV show that ran from 1963 to 1989 (798 episodes).
