Personal dates: Founded in 1934 by Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson (1890-1968) as National Allied Publications, but the name changed in 1937 to Detective Comics (later shortened to DC). Stopped in 2011.

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1988*. Stopped in 1991 after 34 issues.

The scene for this fictional series' Dungeon & Dragons adventures is the vast world of Krynn, which is divided into 5 subworlds. The heroic characters are plentiful and they all work hard to battle villains and monsters wherever they encounter them.
