MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1953. Stopped in 1954 after 9 issues, but was continued by Charlton titled Johnny Dynamite in 1955 (additional 3 issues).

The starring character (who emerged from issue #3) is a relentless, crimefighting private detective named Johnny Dynamite, who digs deep into Chicago's underworld in order to restore law and order. During the series his actions cost him his right eye.
