The series premiered in 2010. Stopped in 2012 after 6 issues.

In this post-apocalyptic series most of the world has come to an end, London has been flooded, but in the district of Whitechapel 12 persons (they were all born precisely 23 years ago) have managed to start a settlement, which they now - partially helped by some strange telepathic powers - try to keep free of danger from plundering and hostile survivors.
