MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1945. Stopped in 1949 after 37 issues, but was continued as Frisky Animals from 1949 to 1954 (additional 15 issues).

The series contains independent funny animal stories featuring lesser known characters. Examples are  Icicle Ike, Jocko, Neddy Bear, Sniffy, Tick Tack and Toe, and Zany Giraffe.
