MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1996*. Stopped in 2001 after 61 issues.

The title character is Thomas 'Tommy' Monaghan, an ex-marine who now lives in Gotham City (Batman's hometown). After having been bitten by a Glonth parasite he gains special powers such as X-ray vision and telepathy, and he decides to take up a career as a hitman (he is highly skilled in the use of firearms from his time in the army) dealing with metahumans and supernatural threats.
