MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1990. Stopped the same year after 6 issues.

The stories take place in the 1920s Boston, where Alexander 'Ace' Mifflin is a private detective - of some sort. He is rude and vulgar, and he is often drunk, and he has gotten his license revoked more than once. His office is at Scollay Square, from where his suffering secretary, Rita Burns, tries to uphold a bit of decorum.
