MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1988. Stopped in 1989 after 9 issues.

The title character is Justy Kaizard, who is a police agent of the Galactic Patrol. His mission is to neutralize criminals and to that end he is furnished with super-psi powers. A few of the most often recurring characters are Bolbar, Jelna Flarestar, Rector, Yoshiko Tachibana, and Astaris Vega.
