MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2001. Stopped in 2002 after 7 issues.

The 16-year old schoolgirl Maron Kusakabe is the reincarnation of famed French freedomfighter Jeanne d'Arc (Joan of Arc), and she has been dealt the task of collecting parts of God's power, that have been shattered across the Earth in the form of special chess pieces. At her disposal are the ability of performing magic as well as transforming into a supernatural phantom thief.
