MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1979. Stopped the same year after 6 issues.

This Norwegian series tells the story about the Western anti-hero from Wyoming, Ken Parker, who is nicknamed Long Rifle, a reference to his old, inherited gun. Parker moves all over the USA territories and helps people in need.
The series is unusual in several ways; Parker ages through the albums, he is not interested in shooting, and heavy themes such as ecology, homosexuality, and religion are vital parts of the stories.
