Comments
: The corporation never used a logo on their comic book front covers. The only identification (if any!) was the rather inconspicuous line A Fawcett Publication.

MAIN STORY
The series premiered in 1949. Stopped in 1954 after 46 issues, but was continued by another publisher until 1959 (additional 76 issues).

The starring character is Lash LaRue, who, along with his horse Rush, travel the Old West as a righteous cowboy. The nickname Lash was earned from his skillful handling of his bullwhip. The series is built over the actor Alfred LaRue (1921-1996), who played in multiple Westerns.
