Personal dates: Founded in Denmark in 1899 as P.I.B. by Hjalmar Carlsen (1875-1951) and has since then changed name several times. It has subsidiaries in several European countries. Ongoing.

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1992. Stopped in 1998 after 13 issues*.

The title character in these science fiction stories is a heroic young man who travels in Space solving mysteries and battling aliens. Some of the time Orient is accompanied by his secretary Lora and professor Hugo Kala.

* The initial French series was published in 18 issues.
