Comments: Charlton published stories from all genres of the comic book universe. The company was known for its low-budget activities that included the publishing of previously unpublished material from bygone companies.

The series premiered in 1955. Stopped in 1957 after 8 issues*.

The starring character's secret identity is Les Wilcox, and he is dedicated to bringing the lawless to justice in the Wild West. At his side he has an eagle named Talon.

The last 3 issues were titled Masked Raider Presents Billy the Kid. * The series ran for a second edition from 1958 to 1961 (17 issues).
