MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1989. Stopped in 1992 after 14 issues, but was continued in a smaller format from 1997 to 1999 (25 issues).

The series' main character is the young Nizar, who, after his family has been murdered, flees into the Indian jungle to live in hiding. Here he fights numerous dangers and befriends several animals such as Dodo the monkey and Kali the tiger.
