Name: Egmont Group (worldwide comics corporation).
Personal dates: Founded in Denmark in 1878 by Egmont Harald Petersen (1860-1914) and has since then changed name several times (the most well known older name is probably Gutenberghus). Ongoing.

Comments: The corporation has always focussed on childrens' literature. It has branches all over the world, but the pages in this site are all examples from the Danish main  branch.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1987. Stopped in 1993 after 82 issues, but has continued from 1994 to 2006 (additional 34 issues) and from 2009 to 2012 (additional 14 issues).

This pocket-sized series contains stories from Walt Disney's comic book duck universe with focus on Scrooge McDuck.

The German title stands for Uncle Scrooge in English.
