MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1954. Stopped in 1959 after 64 issues.

The series contains fictitious stories featuring a real person namely the Mexican freedom fighter nicknamed Pancho Villa (1878-1923). His birth name was José Doroteo Arango Arámbula, and he became famous as a general during the Mexican Revolution.

The series is subtitled (The) Robin Hood of Mexico.
