The series premiered in 1933. Stopped in 1949.

The title character is a juvenile but lovable prince, who keeps getting into self-inflicted trouble. The special Danish term Pilfinger might be roughly translated into Tamper or Tinker, but is basically an affectionate term for a slightly mischievous boy.
