: Charlton published stories from all genres of the comic book universe. The company was known for its low-budget activities that included the publishing of previously unpublished material from bygone companies.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1954*. Stopped in 1965 after 60 issues.

The series contains a mixture of independent stories from the Wild West. The main theme is to present as many well known - and partly authentic - characters as possible. Examples are Annie Oakley, Hopalong Cassidy, Kit Carson, Tex Ritter, Tom Mix, and Wyatt Earp.
