This strip series' character named Olfert with the nickname Skrækkelige (means Terrible in English) is a schoolboy who terrorizes his family, his friends, his entire hometown - and whoever else he meets. As a self-appointed terrorist he has no reservations as to how he can annoy and trouble his fellow beings, although he also surprisingly comes through as being somewhat (not much!) considerate and raffish - when it suits him.
Ironically, Olfert always wears a sailor suit of the kind that nice boys wore in the past, and on the hat is written the word PAX (Latin for Peace)...
