Comments: The name of the corporation (Williams is spelled without an apostrophe) derives from the son of Albert R. Kanter who founded Classics Illustrated in the USA.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1964. Stopped in 1965 after 42 issues, but continued under the same title from 1970 to 1971 (aditional 14 issues).

The series contains several independent stories from the Wild West featuring diverse characters from known series. Examples are Apache Kid, Kid Colt, Kid Slade, Ringo Kid, and Texas Kid.
