MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1987. Stopped in 1988 after 6 issues.

The title character is a black American named Dennis Foreman, who one day finds a box hidden in his attic. It contains the memoirs and battle clothes of one Russell Carlyle, who was known as Sgt. Strike during World War 2. When putting on a special power boosting harness Foreman becomes a superhero.
