MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2012. Ongoing.

The title character is Jaime Sommers, who was a former world-class tennis player who sustained massive injuries following a sky jump where the parachute malfunctioned. She is rendered deaf on her right ear, and she loses her right arm and both legs.
A scientist, Rudy Wells, succeeds in replacing Sommers' body parts with mechanical elements, but at the same time she obtains superhuman abilities: Her arm is capable of bending steel, her legs propel her into fantastic speeds, and her ear gives her amplified hearing in any distance, volume, and frequency.
