MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1987. Stopped in 1988 after 8 issues.

A group of imprisoned supervillains are offered a pardon by the government if they agree to neutralize other supervillains. Among the converts are the flame-throwing Burnout (Beatrice Keogh), the superstrong Cimarron (Rosalita Vasquez), the marksman Crackshot (Lee Alexander Clayton), and the slippery-powered Slick Nicholas Walcek).
