The starring character is the average stunt pilot Cliff Secord, who lives in Los Angeles in 1938. By chance he uncovers a top secret jet pack, a mysterious suit with a rocket motor that allows him to fly. Now he is able to perform on a whole different level, and he also finds time to fight villains, who wish to possess the invention.
