MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1988*. Stopped in 1990 after 8 issues.

The title character's real name is Reece Chambers. After having witnessed his fiancée being shot down during a battle between two gangs he approaches her father, who is a science professor named Milton Herth, and together they construct a special suit and novel weaponry, that enable Chambers to declare war on all types of crime.
