MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1997*. Stopped in 1999 after 21 issues, but has been revived several times since then.

The series describes the work of The Warrior Nuns of The Order of Areala, which is a much more hands-on branch of Catholic nuns fighting evil than is normal experienced. They simply fight demons and supernatural beings with weapons in hand.

* The series has been published in many versions starting from 1994. Most of them are titled Warrior Nun Areala followed by different 'subtitles'. The full title of the series on this page is Warrior Nun Black & White.
