MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1954. Stopped in 1963 after 346 issues.

The series was invented as a British version of the American Captain Marvel Jr., but with several alterations. For instance, the starring character's name is Dickie Dauntless, he wears a red suit, and he utters the magic word Kimota (Atomik spelled backwards) when transforming.

The numbering of the series started from issue #25, thus pointing out that Miller from 1953 had published 24 Captain Marvel magazines.
