MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1945. Stopped in 1948 after 15 issues, but continued for a second run from 1953 to 1955 (13 issues). In the last 6 issues of this second run Nyoka the Jungle Girl received billing at the front covers.

This funny animal series contains independent stories about animals living in different locations. Some of the characters are Bojo the Monkey, Bugsy Bear, Detecto the Bloodhound, Little Leo, Rabbit-Son Crusoe, and Silas Fox.
